Is it really free for mechanics forever?▼
Yes. Applying for jobs, getting FAA verified, and keeping your profile active is free with no time limit. The optional $5/month Pro upgrade gives you priority placement in search results and a few extra tools — but you do not need it to apply for work.
What counts as a "job posting" for contractors?▼
One active listing on the site counts as one posting. You can take down a listing and put up a new one anytime within your limit. There's no limit on how many applications you receive or how many mechanics you hire from each posting.
Do you charge a commission when I hire someone?▼
No. Zero. Nothing. You pay the flat monthly subscription. Once you hire a mechanic through AeroRobust, that relationship is yours — we take no percentage of their pay, no placement fee, no ongoing cut. That's the whole point of this platform.
Can I cancel at any time?▼
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You keep access through the end of your billing period and your account reverts to Basic (free) after that. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
What happens if I need more than 10 job postings?▼
The Premium plan includes unlimited postings. If you're a large airline or a company with very high volume needs, contact us at
